Service Guarantee

It is our goal to make your experience with Raintree Essix™ as pleasant as possible. Our customer service representatives are happy to take your order and answer all of your questions. If you are not pleased with our service, please let us know. You are important to us, and our commitment to you is priority one.

Volume Discounts

Many of the items in this catalog are available at volume discounts - ask a customer service representative for more information at time of order.

Shipping

All orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS), Parcel Post, FedEx or DHL. Next day and second day air service are also available. All shipping f.o.b. New Orleans, LA. If there is a problem with a shipment due to our error, we will remedy the mistake as quickly as possible at no additional cost to the customer. If there is an error due to incorrect ordering, all shipping and restocking charges are the customer's responsibility.

To place an order call 800-883-8733 or 504-488-0080. Representatives are available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. central time or fax 504-488-2429 or toll free fax 877-488-2429 at any time, 24 hours a day.

Orders may also be placed through e-mail: Raintree. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at the time of order placement.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please call 800-883-8733. If the order hasn't shipped, the order will be canceled immediately. If the order has been shipped, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Merchandise returned within 30 days from date of invoice is fully refundable. After 30 days, up to 12 months from date of invoice, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Returns will not be accepted on items exceeding 12 months from date of invoice. Credit card orders will be credited to the credit card; otherwise a credit memo will be issued. Repairs

Any defective merchandise will be picked up within 90 days of invoice date via UPS (continental U.S. only). Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will repair, replace or issue a credit at no extra charge to the customer.

A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned merchandise. Send returns to:

Payments

Net 30 days.

All invoices are payable with a check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at the time of order placement. All orders shipped outside the US must be paid at time of order.

Raintree Essix reserves the right to improve, modify or discontinue products at any time or change specifications, terms, conditions or prices without notice.
