Designed for both doctor and staff, this training will teach you the basic skills needed to fabricate clear aligners - from the impression to the final trimming. Also, learn Minor Tooth Movement techniques utilizing the Hilliard Thermopliers.
Course Objectives:
Learn to fabricate and trim a clear aligner - in both a lecture and hands-on format
Make custom pressure laminated mouthguards in your office - fabrication and trimming steps and tricks.
Understand Minor Tooth Movement techniques while learning to use the Hilliard Thermopliers in clear aligners, including:
- How to torque, rotate and tip teeth
- Ways to close spaces (diastemas and extraction spaces)
- Methods to intrude and extrude teeth
Learn other options for MTM™ including Dr. Hiliard's F.I.T.™ / H.I.T.™ System
Utilize clear aligners as temporary bridges and using pontic teeth
